Memo February 26, 2018 Response to Administrative Design Review Comments
Tamara,
In response to ADR review comments dated January 18, 2018 we are forwarding revised
ADR submittal drawings as explained below:
Goal R1.20 – request for color variation amongst the residential buildings:
The exterior materials palette and exterior elevations for Types AB and BC buildings
have been revised to introduce a second color scheme. Both color schemes are
approximately evenly distributed throughout the buildings on the site.
o The original color scheme has been re-labeled “Color Scheme 1” on the
materials palette page and applies to Types BB and CC buildings. The
alternative secondary wall color previously shown as part of the original color
scheme is not used and is therefore shown as omitted from the materials palette
page. The exterior elevations for Types BB and CC buildings are not included in
this resubmittal because Color Scheme 1 does not represent a change for these
building types.
o The revision introducing a second color scheme, “Color Scheme 2”, represents
a revision to Types AB and BC buildings.
Goal R3.2A – request for architectural variation at the rear elevation of the six-bay garages:
The rear elevation for the six-bay garages has been revised to introduce a second board
and batten system with wider spacing, deeper profile and contrasting color to afford
architectural variation.
List of revised ADR submittal drawings included (4 pages total)
Materials palette (1 page)
Exterior elevations for Type AB buildings (1 page)
Exterior elevations for Type BC buildings (1 page)
Exterior elevation for rear side of Garage (1 page)
We trust this sufficiently addresses the resubmittal requirements. Should questions arise,
please feel free to contact me directly.
