Thanks for sending this over-
We agree with all but one of your recommendations.
We would like to discuss with the commission Page 12 Item 1.3 E
‘depict an additional row of parking (to result in a double row of parking) to the east of the Building A in the area where
the 31.5’ wide landscape area is depicted’
We feel it’s not justified to have us add more parking on our site for the entire area, especially since we have provided
more parking than is required per code on this site per this use.
Our current site plan shows 22 parking stalls, and our minimum required parking is 16, an increase of 38% already.
We also feel an additional landscape area is a great feature at a facility like this one. Landscaping is very inviting and
calming for our residences and their families.
