2. Adoption of the Agenda
Leslie asked that the agenda be amended to include “West Ada Framed Traffic
Box Art.” Motion by Jennifer; second by Bonnie to adopt the agenda as amended
– all ayes – motion carried.
3. West Ada Framed Traffic Box Art
Motion by Bonnie; second by Jennifer to approve not -to-exceed $300 for student
artwork from Framed for traffic box art wraps – all ayes – motion carried. Seven
students total will be recognized by MAC, but six 2D artists will be offered traffic
box art wraps.
4. Meridian Mill Mural Design Recommendation
Motion by Jennifer; second by Jessica to approve the general design concept
and to authorize Bonnie and Jay to work with the artists and Zamzows to finalize
the color component and determine minor changes – all ayes – motion carried.
5. Dairy Days Art Show 2018
Commissioner consensus was that MAC doesn’t have the capacity to host this
event this year and they need to step away. Commissioners offered to help
connect the Dairy Board with other local art groups that may be able to host an
event in the park.

Motion by Jennifer, second by Bonnie to adjourn — all ayes — motion carried.
