Rich 2018-027685 BOISE IDAHO Pgs=5 BONNIE OBERBILLIG 03/29/2018 08:24 AM CITY OF MERIDIAN, IDAHO NO FEE RELEASE OF UTILITY EASEMENT GRANTEE: CITY OF MERIDIAN (Successor in Interest to Meridian Heights Water and Sewer District) GRANTOR: Merle and Laverne Hansen WHEREAS, by easement dated July 24, 2009 and recorded as Instrument Number 109120329 in the Records of Ada County, State of Idaho, an easement was granted to the Meridian Heights Water and Sewer District for the construction, operation and maintenance of a water line over and across the real property legally described in Exhibit A, and a sanitary sewer line over and across the real property legally described in Exhibit B, attached hereto and incorporated herein. WHEREAS, the continuance of this easement is no longer necessary or desirable because development plans require relocation of the easement. A separate easement that identifies the new location has been or will be recorded and will not be affected by this release. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises, the said City of Meridian does hereby vacate, relinquish, release and abandon the said rights and easements hereinabove referred to and described, with the intent that the same shall forthwith cease and be extinguished.
