To Whom It May Concern:
The property owners have reviewed the staff report for H-2018-0014, including associated conditions of
approval. A concern has been raised regarding Condition #5.c, requiring the creation of a separate common
lot for the landscape buffer along the McMillan Road frontage of Lot 2.Our preference is to dedicate a
landscape buffer easement in place of the common lot. As a result, we would like this item to be placed on
the regular agenda for discussion purposes with City Council.
