Broadway Ave, Ste. 102 Meridian, Idaho 83642 RE: Goddard Creek Subdivision — Final Plat {H-2018-0014) To Whom It May Concern: The property owners have reviewed the staff report for H-2018-0014, including associated conditions of approval. A concern has been raised regarding Condition #5.c, requiring the creation of a separate common lot for the landscape buffer along the McMillan Road frontage of Lot 2.Our preference is to dedicate a landscape buffer easement in place of the common lot.
