MTI also performed groundwater monitoring of the project site from November 2011 through September 2013 with the results of those readings provided in their letter dated September 25, 2013. According to the reports, high groundwater can be anticipated at depths from approximately 2 -ft to 4 -ft below the existing ground surface. Based on the information provided in the geotechnical reports, the roadway finish grade centerline elevations were designed to be more than 3 -ft above the anticipated groundwater elevations. Please feel free to contact me at 208.376.7330 if you have any questions. Sincerely, J -U -B ENGINEERS, Inc. DF Scott Wonders, P.E. Land Development Group Lead a 250 S.
