The request from the City Council at the February 27, 2018 hearing was to continue file number H-2017-0140 to the hearing date of March 6, 2018 to give the applicant the opportunity to revise the plans to address some of the concerns that the Council had at the last hearing. The main concerns from Council were the lack of useable amenities and the disjointed nature of the open space. There was a large question about the functionality of the open space in the south eastern corner of the project. The City Council directed the applicant to address these items prior to the hearing on the 6th of March.
