Did you have an opportunity to review the landscape plan? The staff report reflects that the landscape plan
and review is still an outstanding item. The landscape plan was emailed to staff the day following the final
planning and zoning commission hearing.
• Following up on that...Item 1.1.3 in Exhibit A, Items a and b. The revised plan has been submitted and
I believe we have met with 10% requirement.
Item 1.1.4: Documentation regarding the availability of surface water rights was provided to the City of
Meridian.
Item 1.1.7: We may want to modify that item to read as follows:
The applicant shall construct a stub sidewalk from the west property line eastward to an alignment with
the sidewalk on the east side of Stoddard Road so as to provide a location for safely crossing to the east
side of Stoddard from the south side of W. Victory Road.
That is all I can see. Please let me know if you have any questions.
The project team appreciates all of staff's hard work and patience in getting this application to the Meridian City
Council.

Attached are the Planning & Zoning Commission’s recommendations and the Staff Report for the proposed
preliminary plat for Timberline Subdivision H-2017-0140. These items are scheduled to be on the City
Council agenda on February 27, 2018. The public hearing will be held at City Hall, 33 E. Broadway Avenue,
beginning at 6:00 pm. Please call or e-mail with any questions.
