Therefore, we reaffirm our agreement with staff and Planning & Zoning Commission recommendations for approval, and request City Council approval of the requested annexation and zoning, and the proposed Turf Farm Subdivision preliminary plat. These items are scheduled to be on the City Council agenda on February 20 th . The public hearing will be held at City Hall, 33 E. Broadway Avenue, beginning at 6:00 pm. Conceptual building elevations for the attached dwellings. [Submitted February 1, 2018] b. A revised landscape plan that matches the configuration of the revised preliminary plat. [Submitted February 1, 2018] c. A qualified open space exhibit that demonstrates compliance with the minimum standards listed in UDC 11- 3G-3. [Submitted February 1, 2018] d. Revised legal descriptions for the R-8 and R-15 zoning districts. [Submitted January 22, 2018] e. Revised concept engineering plans, including pipe sizes and profiles. [Submitted February 1, 2018] I will attend the hearing to support the staff recommendation and to request the Planning & Zoning Commission’s affirmative recommendation to the City Council.
