The information or documents that I need are as follows: 1. I need a phase specific landscape plan. The plan needs to call out the amount of open space in this phase and how that relates to the overall open space for the subdivision. Please find the updated Landscape Plan with Phase lines depicting phase 1 and 2 of the project. 2. I need additional detail the amenities for this phase. The narrative indicates what the amenities will be for the overall project, but the neighborhood park as noted in the narrative isn’t even part of this phase. You are correct the park and amenities are located in phase 2 of Movado Greens. We felt that it was important to keep the context of the larger development in the narrative, because this phase does not meet the open space and amenity requirements without being a part of the larger development. I did remove some of the information about the apartments. 3. Please revise the narrative to reflect the subject application and remove anything that is not applicable. The narrative needs to call out the amount of open space in this phase and how that relates to the overall open space for the subdivision. The amount of open space in this phase is listed on page 5 of the narrative at 0.30 acres. 4.
