J-105 (Vanilla Shell) Tenant Improvement and Storefront Upgrade

Please find attached the Design Review (DR) submittal documents for the new 800 ± s.f.
"Vanilla Shell" tenant improvement and new storefront system at Suite #105 within the Village
at Meridian Building 'J' shell.
In addition to some minor improvements to the interior to provide a "Vanilla Shell" for a future
tenant, new exterior storefront assemblies and fabric awnings are proposed under this
application. The future tenant use proposed is consistent with what was anticipated to
populate this space. In addition, the design of the proposed storefront assemblies and awnings
are consistent with the Village's architectural design aesthetic. The City's requirement for
weather protection (Meridian Code 11-3A-19A.4) will be provided by the proposed fabric
awning. As in the case with previous Village applications, the exterior building signage shall be
submitted to the City for approval at a later date.
