Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho 83642 and Mova do De-velopment LLC,
C-OWNER/DEVELOPH,"), whose address is 4824 W. Fairview Avenue, Boise, ID 83706.

A. CITY and OWNER/DEVELOPEIZ, entered into that certain
Developi-nent Agreement that was recorded on March 24, 2017 in the real property records of
Ada County as Instruirient No. 2017-012608 ("DEWELOPMENT AGREEMEN-r') as it
pertains to the property listed in [xhibit "A", which ternis have been approved by the
Meridian City Council in accordance with Idaho Code Section 67-6511.
B. CITY and 0"ER/DEVELOPER now desire to amend the
Development Agreement, which terms have been approved by the Meridian City Council in
accordance with Idaho Code Section 67-6511.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideraticAi of the covenants and conditions set
forth heivin, the partics, agree as follows. -

PROPERTY:
5.1, Owner/Developer shall develop the property in accordance witlithe
following special conditions:
a) Future development of this site shall be ccAisistent with the preliminary plat,
landscape plan and buildiiigelevations ittaAlred in Exhibit A of the Findings
of Facts and Conclusions of Law approved by the Meridian City Council on
December 19, 2017, attached hereto as Exhibit "B" am the conditions
contained herein, and the revisions noted in the staff report.
