("OWNER/DEVELOPER"), whose address is 4824 W. Fairview Avenue, Boise, ID 83706.
RECITALS
A. CFIN and OWNER/DEVELOPER entered into that certain
Development Agreement that was recorded on August 17., 2017 in the real property records
of Ada County as Instrumerk No. 2017-076698 ("'DEVELO]IMEN'I'AGlF-EMEN'l"") as it
pertains to the property listed in Exhibit "A", which terms have been approved by the
Meridian City Council in accordance with Idaho Code Seetkon 67-6514.
B� CITY an(] OWNERIDEVELOPER now desire to amend the
kgreement, which to have been approved by the Meridian City Council in
