To Whom It May Concern:
GFI Meridian Investments, LLC is seeking a time extension of two years on their
Conditional Use Permit with the City of Meridian on the Village Apartment project
on Eagle Road in Meridian, ID.
The original approval looks to have been given on December 8th, 2015 and the
approval will expire on December 15th, 2017.
We are unable to meet the given time period as we are redesigning the layout of the
units with the intent to add elevators to all buildings if possible.
