In regards to the Capital Church shed, these are the following improvements and modifications that will
be done. I will remove all current siding and house wrap. This will bring the building down the the 2x4
framing. I will be adding %" OSB to cover the entire exterior. House wrap will be applied. The building
will get a 36" tall full wrap of corrugated galvanized metal laid horizontally around the building. The
front of the building I will be adding a 48" wide shed roof to cover the entryway. This will be shingled
and supported by 44 corbels. There will be 2 2o2o windows added to the front elevation (see drawing).
The front elevation will consist of board and batt siding 24" O.C. The remainder of the building will be
lap siding. The paint scheme will consist of the following; Body: Agreeable Gray—Trim: Incredible White
— Fascia/Corbels/Door: Tricorn Black. There will be a set of 2 stairs to the entryway to be constructed of
exterior grade lumber and stained to protect. There will also be a planter on both sides of the steps, also
constructed of exterior lumber and stained.
