CITY OF MERIDIAN - NOTICE OF LEASE MODIFICATION
WHEREAS, On the 24th day of June, 2014, Mission Coast Properties ID, Inc. as Lessor granted to the City of
Meridian as Lessee a leasehold on certain real property legally described and depicted on Exhibits A and B, attached
hereto and incorporated herein (The "Leased Premises"); and,
WHEREAS, The written Lease Agreement was recorded in the records of Ada County, Idaho as Instrument No.
114050780;and,
WHEREAS, Article 15 of the Lease Agreement included a restriction prohibiting the construction of subsurface
stormwater disposal facilities within 125 feet of the boundaries of the Leased Premises; and,
WHEREAS, Lessor and Lessee have determined that the construction of a subsurface stormwater facility is
necessary within 125 feet of the boundaries of the Leased Premises.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises, the lease agreement described above shall be modified to
allow the construction of subsurface stormwater disposal facilities within 125 feet of the Boundaries of the Leased
Premises as of the date of this notice.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The Lessor and Lessee have caused these presents to be executed by its proper officers
thereunto duly authorized this 8th day of January, 2015.
