UNDERGROUND POWER LINE EASEMENT

of Ada County, State of Idaho `Grantor(s)
do herebynt and convey
IDAHO POWER COMPANY, a corporation, its licensees, successors, and assigns, Grantee, for One Dollar and other to
valuable considerations, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, a permanent and perpetual easement and right of way,
sufficient in width to install and maintain an underground electric power line, including the perpetual right to enter upon
the real estate hereinafter described at all reasonable times, to construct, maintain and repair underground power lines,
over, through, under and across said lands, together with the right, at the sole expense of Grantee, to excavate and refill
ditches and trenches for the location of said power lines, and the further right to remove trees, bushes, sod, flowers an
shrubbery and other obstructions and improvements, interfering with the location, construction and maintenance of said
power lines, over, on and across the following premise belonging to the said Grantor(s) in Ada County, State of
Idaho in the following location, to wit:
A strip of land 15 feet wide and being 7.5 feet on each side of a centerline lying within the NE4 of Section 8, T3N, RIE,
B.M., the centerline of which is more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Southeast corner of Lot 2, Block 3 of Treasure Valley Business Center Phase I as shown on the
official plat thereof now on file and of record in the Office of the County Recorder of Ada County, State of Idaho; thence
S 0°24'45" W a distance of 52.5 feet TO THE REAL POINT OF BEGINNING; thence N 89°35' 15" W a distance of
563.94 feet, to the POINT OF TERMINUS.
The electrical system generally will consist of buried power wires, transformers, junction boxes and other equipment, part
of which may extend above ground, necessary to serve electric power to these premises and adjacent premises.
