A 20 foot easement situated in the Northwest 1/4 of
Section 18, Township 3 North, Range 1 East, Boise
Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, said easement being 10 feet
each side of the following described centerline:
Commencing at a found brass cap monumenting the
southwest corner of said Section 18, thence along the
westerly line of said Section 18, North 010-02'-04" East a
distance of 2650.29 feet to the West 1/4 Corner of said
Section 18, thence leaving said westerly line, North
740-06'-53" East a distance of 659.81 feet to a point,
said point being the POINT OF BEGINNING.
Thence South 610-32'-00" East a distance of 185.00
feet to a point, said point being the terminus of said
easement.
