Idaho Power Power Line Easement9023018 12G8001052 X Idaho Power Company UNDERGROUND POWER LINE EASEMENT The ri ty of Mexi di an_ :10� X�e Grantor(s) of Ada County, State of TAahC) I& do hereby grant and convey to IDAHO POWER COMPANY, a corporation, with its principal office located at 1`20 Idaho Stree Boise, Idaho, its licensees, successors and assigns, Grantee, for One Dollar and other valuable considerations, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, a permanent and perpetual easement and sight of way, sufficient in width to install and maintain an underground electric power line, including the perpetual right to enter upon the real estate hereinafter de- scribed, at all reasonable times, to construct, maintain and repair underground power lines over, through, under and across said lands, together with the right, at the sole expense of Grantee, to excavate and refill ditches and trenches for the location of said power lines; and the further right to remove trees, bushes, sod, flowers and shrubbery and other ob- structions and improvements, interfering with the location, construction and maintenance of said power lines, over, on and across the following premises, belonging to the said Grantor(s) in Ada County, State of Idaho , in the following location, to -wit: A strip of land 10 feet wide and being 5 feet on each side of a centerline lying within the SWI of Section 2, Township 3 North, Range l West, Boise Meridian, the centerline of which is more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Section 2; thence North 0°19'07" East a distance of 325.5 feet; thence South 88°38131' East a`distance of 317.5 feet to the REAL POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continuing South 88°38'31" East a distance of 50 feet to the Point of Terminus.
