EASEMENT
FOR VALUABLE CONSIDERATION paid by THOMAS L. MARKS and
CATHERINE MARKS, husband and wife, and the City of Meridian,
hereinafter called Grantees, WE, the undersigned, RUTH CROW,
a widow, and NORA OVERTON, a widow, hereinafter called
Grantors, hereby grant and transfer unto Grantees, an easement
for the construction and maintenance of a sanitary sewer line
along and across the following described property, to -wit:
An easement 30 feet wide, being 15 feet on each side of
the following described line:
Commencing at the center of said Section 7, Town-
ship 3 North, Range 1 East, Boise Meridian, Ada
County, Idaho, marked by a found brass cap monu-
ment, and
thence North 962.77 feet along the North/South
mid-section line of said Section 7 to a set 5/8"
Rebar L.S.H74 which is the Northwest corner of
Catherine Park Subdivision, the real point of
beginning; and
thence continuing North along the said mid-
section line, a distance of 698.31 feet to a
point which is the terminus of this easement.
The Grantees agree and covenant with the Grantors -to re-
store the subsurface and surface of the easement right-of-way
area herein granted to a like condition existing prior to the
grant of this easement and right-of-way and to indemnify and
save and hold Grantors harmless from any and all losses, claims,
actions or judgments for damage or injuries to persons or pro-
perty arising out of or from, or caused by, the construction,
operation and maintenance and use of the aforesaid easement and
right-of-way. The Grantors further agree and covenant with the
Grantees that no permanent structure may be built on or over
the easement herein described without the express written per-
mission of the Grantees.

This Easement shall constitute a covenant running with the
land for the benefit of the Grantees, their successors and
assigns.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantors have executed this Ease-
ment, this �7a' 'day of June, 1982.
