Meridian, Ada County, Idaho.
On May 24, 2000, Leonard R. Huskey granted to the City of Meridian,
Ada County, Idaho, an easement for the installation of a waterline across real property
in the County of Ada, State of Idaho, more particularly described on Exhibits "A" and
"B" attached hereto, which easement was recorded in the records of Ada County, Idaho,
as Instrument #100040984.
In mutual consideration, the CITY OF MERIDIAN does, by this
instrument, release to LEONARD R. HUSKEY the easement described above, it being
the intention of the parties to terminate such easement.
In witness, the CITY OF MERIDIAN has caused this Release to be
executed at Meridian, Idaho, on the date indicated below.
