Subject: Updated Graphs with Titles and Descriptions
Howdy all,
Per your request, please find below some updated graphs that hopefully displays the information that was requested.

FY2017
■ Impact Rev- Multifamily a Impact Rev- Commercial a Impact Rev- Residential
***note on above graph — We did not start separating out Multifamily revenue until FY2016. Before that we lumped
Multifamily revenue in with Residential. If we had separated the Multifamily revenue out in FY2014 and FY2015, the
Residential bars would mimic closer to what the above graph looks like.
Also per your request, below is an explanation of why the graphs that I provided during today's meeting were confusing.
• The two graphs labeled Permit Revenue displayed the revenue for the Permit Revenue that we collect
necessary for the City and DOES NOT include Impact Fee Revenue. I provided you with the incorrect graphs to
support the Total Residential Permit Sales and New Commercial — By Value of Property data graph in terms of
Impact Fees.
• 1 apologize about this error and I hope the above graphs make better sense with the relationship between the
total sales and the total revenue for Impact Fees. The above City of Meridian Impact Fee Revenue by Type graph
also corresponds to the FY2017 Actual results that were provided to you as well in today's meeting.
Thank you again for your time and help with the City of Meridian Impact Fee Advisory Committee.
Please let me know if I can answer any questions for you.
Make it a good day.
