Hunemiller and Dirk Marcum are requesting a short plat to resubdivide Lot 1, Block 2 of Sagewood Subdivision as four separate building lots for the Sagewood Commons Subdivision. Construction of the foundations for all four buildings is complete, and building construction is about to begin. The resubdivision will allow the office buildings to be sold separately to interested parties either for their own businesses or as investments. The approved site plan, landscape plan and building elevations from the Certificate of Zoning Compliance are attached. The property is located south of Overland Road and west of Stoddard Road on 1.91 acres. The property was annexed in 2014 under Ordinance No. 14-1603 with a zoning of L -O.
