Since the Planning & Zoning Commission hearing on December 21, 2017, the applicant has
submitted a revised site plan.
The request from the Planning and Zoning Commission at the December 21, 2017 hearing was to
continue file number H-2017-0140 to the hearing date of January 18, 2018 to give the applicant the
opportunity to revise the plans to address some of the concerns that the Commission had at the last
hearing.
The main concerns from the Planning and Zoning Commissioners were to rethink- the open space
on the southeastern side of the project. The Commission was uncomfortable encumbering a large
portion of the open space for the development in a turn -around that could remain for a long period
of time. There was also a concern about how the irrigation system would work.
The Planning and Zoning Commission directed the applicant to address these items prior to the
hearing on the 18th of January.
