Kent/Devan,
I haven’t received any additional information from you on the Summertown project. In my previous email
(below), I’d indicated that if I had something right away this morning that I I could get a staff report out for the
Planning and Zoning Commission meeting this Thursday. At this point we’ll need to continue the project until
at least the 18 th of January. I’ll need an email requesting the continuance as soon as you can.
Call or email with any questions.

Kent, I’m going through my analysis of this annexation request and I have a couple of concerns. TN-R doesn’t
require a CUP for multi-family so unlike other apartment projects where we have a greater level of review, once
we grant annexation to this propert y, we have very little ability to make requirements. I say this because I do not
have details of the exact number of units, the building heights, open space, amenities, elevations, etc. It makes
us nervous to annex this without some further detail. We might need to continue this so that you can get me the
details I would need in order to feel comfortable recommending approval.
Let me know what you can get for me,
