THE CONTRACTOR SHALL HAVE PLANS STAMPED 'APPROVED FOR CONSTRUCTION' BY CITY OF MERIDIAN PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT ON SITE AT ALL TIMES. 4. ALL CONTRACTORS, SUBCONTRACTORS AND UTILITY CONTRACTORS SHALL ATTEND A PRE -CONSTRUCTION CONFERENCE PRIOR TO START OF WORK. 5.
