Narrative for City of Meridian Planned Escape Room Entertainment Project This is a project planned to accommodate the open building space in a building located in Strada Bellisima Business park at 2959 S Meridian Rd Ste 100 in Meridian ID. The purpose of the space will be for team building and corporate exercises for the purpose of teaching people to work together. The project will be open to the general public as well. We need to change the bylaws or declarations if we want to restrict these types of tenants in the future. I think there is a distinction between commercial and professional. I actually prefer the professional use. But that's not my interpretation of current bylaws. I'm trying to follow the bylaws as they are written.
