Subject: Timberline: ACHD Comments / Revised Drawing / Continue to December 21
Josh:
I spoke with Jim Coslett this morning and based on the change to the access road location stipulated
by ACHD, we will not be able to provide Meridian with an updated preliminary plat by tomorrow
morning. Since we just received the DRAFT ACHD staff report yesterday afternoon, there has not
been sufficient time to make the necessary revisions to the plat to meet your schedule for submittal of
a revised drawing.
Given the short turn around time in response to the issuance of the ACHD Staff Report, we request
that Timberline Subdivision be continued to the December 21st hearing.
ACHD indicated that they would accept comments on the staff report until noon on Friday so I
anticipate they will issue the final staff report late Friday, or Monday the following week. We do
understand that the District has been and continues to be very busy with development review
demands.
