Broadway Ave, Suite 210 Meridian, Idaho 83642 RE: BUILDING J at THE VILLAGE, MERIDIAN TOWN CENTER Tenant Improvements #180 Landlord Work and Building Expansion Dear Mr. Parsons: On Behalf of CenterCal Properties, LLC we are pleased to present the attached application and supporting materials for Building J Landloard Work #180 at the Village, Meridian Town Center for Design Review. The remodel in Building J is located at the far east end of the building. The project will enclose the South East recess with a new roof and parapet to the second floor. The enclosed area will comprise approximately 163 SF. The existing building is heavily detailed and features a wide variety of materials. Exterior elevations are articulated through jogs in the floor plan and varying exterior wall heights to provide visual interest. The building features a cupola, dome, spires, curved copper roofs and a large clock. Some windows are arched and the many pilasters elements are composed of brick, Tuscan stone and plaster. A mixture of awnings and canopies are featured for the tenant entrances. It is the intent that the new construction match the existing in materials, color and ornamentation. The corner infill will maintain the existing fiberglass decorative pilasters and reuse an existing storefront window. A new decorative panel will be added to the parapet and the Sto stucco will be faux finished to match the adjacent wall color. There are no Mechanical units, Signage, Parking elements, Exterior lighting or changes to the existing Landscaping or Pedestrian walkways under this project. mmicsr c ueso.1-ARm crs, Pd Loft oR mes K!r mr m mum ymoor rRt rwrry mmissm of !8r ARCRRta h ✓ -' i s BUILDING J-#180 LANDLORD WORK THE VILLAGE at MERIDIAN TOWN CENTER Larson Architects, P.A.
