No, I would move to make them change it. The review expires in one month and I wasn't sure if it
would be phased or not. It would take on the new name in Oaks South No 07.

One quick question, on the GIS map included in your review there is a future E/W road alignment
shown just west of McDermott Rd that appears to align with the denied "Torana" segment in this
plat. Would using that street name on this plat be acceptable?
Otherwise, Approved as submitted.

RE: OAKS SUBDIVISION NO.8
GROUNDWATER ELEVATIONS
Dear Sonya:
THE
J -U -B COMPANIES r1 LANGRODom O I NAC PING
A geotechnical evaluation for the project site was performed by Materials Testing & Inspection (MTI) with
subsurface soil information summarized in their report dated November 18, 2011. MTI also performed
groundwater monitoring of the project site from November 2011 through September 2013 with the
results of those readings provided in their letter dated September 25, 2013. According to the reports, high
groundwater can be anticipated at depths from approximately 2 -ft to 4 -ft below the existing ground
surface. Based on the information provided in the geotechnical reports, the roadway finish grade
centerline elevations were designed to be more than 3 -ft above the anticipated groundwater elevations.
Please feel free to contact me at 208.376.7330 if you have any questions.
Sincerely,
J -U -B ENGINEERS, In
