AMITY AND HOWRY LANE. THE ON—SITE DITCHES WILL BE RE—ROUTED, AS
REQUIRED, TO FACILITATE THE PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT WHILE MAINTAINING
THE LOCATION AND ELEVATION OF DISCHARGES FROM THE SUBJECT
PROPERTY FOR THE BENEFIT OF DOWNSTREAM USERS, WHERE APPLICABLE.
2. A PRESSURIZED IRRIGATION SYSTEM, USING THE PROPERTIES' SURFACE
WATER RIGHTS SHALL BE INSTALLED. THE PRESSURE IRRIGATION SYSTEM
