Centrepoint Way and South of Jasmine just north of Hobby Lobby. The entirety of the proposed subdivision is 14.27 acres with 247 total dwelling units, 7,300 square feet of commercial space, significant open space and amenities. More specifically, Phase 3 is located in the southeast section of the project which includes both multi -family residential and vertically integrated mixed use buildings.
