Timberline Subdivision is proposed to be 59 residential lots and 8 common lots on 17.30 acre site.
The site and location of the meeting are shown below. This is a second meeting for the proposed
development. The 1St meeting notice did not include all of the properties within 300 -feet.
Residential lots along site boundary with Kentucky Ridge Estates will be a minimum of 10,000 sq.
ft. The purpose of this neighborhood meeting is to provide you with information about the
proposed subdivision.
