Broadway Ave., Suite 210 Meridian, Idaho 83642 RE: The Paramount Club House at Paramount Director Sub. 1 Dear Mr. Parsons, On behalf of Brighton Development, Inc. we are pleased to present the attached application and supporting materials for the Paramount Club House at the Paramount Director Subdivision No. 1. This submittal is for Certificate of Zoning Compliance and Design Review. This project entails a one story club house with indoor swimming pool, outdoor plaza/ fireplace and necessary site improvements. The building entry will front Lockhart Lane to the south. This building is highly detailed and features a wide variety of materials. Exterior elevations are articulated through jogs in the floor plan and varying exterior wall heights to provide visual interest. The main entry includes stone and painted wood columns, and provides a covered/ shaded entry for guests. The wood truss roof is varied in massing to provide visual interest, and will have architectural grade asphalt shingles. Walls will be a mixture of stucco and stone accents as shown on the supplied exterior elevations. Two secondary entry points have canopies which will match the theme of the main entry area. Trash will be collected inside of the facility, and carted to curb on trash day, as approved by Republic Services. Parking spaces, landscaping, and site work are provided as noted on the accompanying site plan and landscape plan. We expect that you will find this submittal complete and as previously discussed.
