In response to your request for a Bainbridge Subdivision amenity “count,” we are providing
a seven-page graphic inventory of the completed, in-process, and planned (future)
amenities.
Per the locations depicted on Pages 1 and 2, and shown in the subsequent aerial’s,
amenities provided include:
- A - 1: 5% more open space than required (see preliminary plat Site-Specific Condition
1.2.6)
- A - 2-3-4: Private Park, Pool, and Tot Lot
- A - 5: Micro-path Connection
- A - 6: City Park land donation and contribution of $425,000 toward site
improvement
- A - 7: Micro-path Connection
- A - 8: Regional Pathway along Chinden Blvd.
- A - 9: Micro-path Connection to future elementary school
Your most recent staff report analysis for Bainbridge Hess No. 1 cited the need for
additional preliminary platting for recently-added area, and lots in excess of those approved
in the original project. When that occurs, we anticipate that additional amenities will be
provided; those will be detailed at that time.
