We have reviewed the Planning & Zoning Commission’s recommendations and the Staff Report for the proposed TM
Creek Apartment project, and concur with the recommended conditions of approval.
Thus, we will attend the hearing to support the Planning & Zoning Commission’s recommendation; to answer questions;
and to request the City Council’s approval.

Attached are the Planning & Zoning Commission’s recommendations and the Staff Report for the proposed
TM Creek Apartment project. These items are scheduled to be on the City Council agenda on October 24 th .
The public hearing will be held at City Hall, 33 E. Broadway Avenue, beginning at 6:00 pm. Please call or e-
mail with any questions.
Jon - Please submit any written response you may have to the recommendations in the report to the City
Clerk’s office ( mhill@meridiancity.org , cjcoles@meridiancity.org , cway@meridiancity.org ,
bshiffer@meridiancity.org and myself (e-mail or fax) by 3:00 the Thursday prior to the meeting.
