A meeting of the Meridian City Council was called to order at 6:00 p.m., Tuesday,
February 15, 2011, by Mayor Tammy de Weerd.
Members Present: Mayor Tammy de Weerd, Keith Bird, Brad Hoaglun, and Charlie
Rountree and David Zaremba.
Others Present: Bill Nary, Jacy Jones.
Item 1: Roll -call Attendance:
Roll call.

De Weerd: Okay. I will go ahead and call this meeting to order. It is a special meeting
of the Meridian City Council. For the record it is Tuesday, February 15th. It's 6:00
o'clock. We will start tonight's meeting with roll call attendance.
Item 2: Adoption of the Agenda
De Weerd: Item No. 2, adoption of the agenda.
Hoaglun: Madam Mayor?
De Weerd: Mr. Hoaglun.
Hoaglun: I move adoption of tonight's special meeting agenda as printed.
Zaremba: Second.
De Weerd: I have a motion and a second to adopt the agenda as printed. All those in
favor say aye. All ayes. Motion carried.
ALL AYES. MOTION CARRIED.

Bird: I move we go into Executive Session as per Idaho State Code 67-2345(1)(c)(d)(f)
and (j).
Zaremba: Second.
De Weerd: I have a motion and a second to adjourn into Executive Session. Madam
Clerk, will you call roll.
Roll call: Bird, aye; Rountree, aye; Zaremba, aye; Hoaglun, aye.
ALL AYES. MOTION CARRIED.
EXECUTIVE SESSION: (Into Executive Session at 6:03 p.m. and out of 6:49 p.m.)
De Weerd: I would entertain a motion to come out of Executive Session.
Rountree: So moved.
Bird: Second.
De Weerd: All those in favor say aye.
