A meeting of the Meridian City Council was called to order at 6:00 p.m., Tuesday, April
5, 2011, by Mayor Tammy de Weerd.
Members Present: Mayor Tammy de Weerd, Keith Bird, Brad Hoaglun, Charlie
Rountree and David Zaremba.
Others Present: Bill Nary, Jaycee Holman.

Item 2: Adoption of the Agenda
De Weerd: Item No. 2, adoption of the agenda.
Hoaglun: Madam Mayor?
De Weerd: Mr. Hoaglun.
Hoaglun: I move adoption of tonight's special meeting agenda which is Executive
Session that will include Idaho State Code 67-2345 (1)(c), (d) and (f) for our agenda
tonight.
Rountree: Second.
De Weerd: I have a motion and a second to adopt the agenda as presented. All those
in favor say aye. All ayes. Motion carried.
ALL AYES. MOTION CARRIED.

Bird: I move we go into Executive Session as per Idaho State Code 67-2345(1) (c) (d)
and (f).
Rountree: Second.
De Weerd: I have a motion and a second to adjourn into Executive Session per the
amended motion. Madam Clerk, will you call roll.
Roll call: Bird, aye; Rountree, aye; Zaremba, aye; Hoaglun, aye.
ALL AYES. MOTION CARRIED.
EXECUTIVE SESSION: (6:01 p.m. to 7:03 p.m.)
De Weerd: I would entertain a motion to come out of Executive Session.
Rountree: So moved.
Bird: Second.
De Weerd: All those in favor say aye. All ayes. Motion carried.
