On behalf of Maddyn Homes, A Team Land Consultants presents to the City of Meridian
a Final Plat Modification application for the proposed Maddyn Village Subdivision. The
subject property is located on the west side of Meridian Road, 400 -feet south of Ustick
Road. The City Council approved the Final Plat on April 4, 2017, with a condition
stating:
10. Prior to the issuance of a building permit the applicant shall record the final plat.
We have submitted both CZC and design review approval but it will be several months
before we have the final plat recorded. It is the condition to record the final plat prior to
applying for a building permit that we would like to have modified, there are no other
conditions that we are requesting to be modified. The subject final plat complies with
the preliminary plat, is in conformance with all provisions of the UDC, and complies with
all architectural, engineering, and surveying standards.
Please notify us as early as possible if you should need additional information regarding
this application.
