Providing all storm drainage is retained onsite, there will be no impact on Nampa & Meridian
Irrigation District (NMID) or its facilities. Therefore, no further review will be required at this
time.
Please be advised if any surface drainage leaves the site, NMID requires a Land Use Change

All private laterals and waste ways must be protected. It is recommended that irrigation water be
made available to all developments within the NMID. The developer must comply with Idaho
