This indenture is made, as of the date set forth below, by and between Stor-It Self Storage,
LLC, an Idaho limited liability company ("GRANTOR"), and Stor-It Self Storage, LLC
("GRANTEE"), whose address is 600 N. Maple Grove Road, Boise, Idaho 83704.
WITNESSETH:
That GRANTOR does hereby release and forever quitclaim unto GRANTEE, and to the heirs
and assigns of the GRANTEE, all of the right, title, and interest held by GRANTOR in and to that
certain real property situated in the county of Ada, state of Idaho, and which is more particularly
described in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.
Together with the tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenances thereunto belonging or
appertaining, and the reversion and reversions, remainder and remainders, rents, issues, and profits
thereof.
To have and hold said premises, together with the appurtenances, unto the GRANTEE, and
to the heirs and assigns of GRANTEE, forever.
