Hi Josh,
On behalf of the owners of the Rapid Creek properties I request a deferal of the subject application to
the Planning & Commission hearing on October 5, 2017. We request this deferal since we have not
yet received a staff report for the Thursday hearing. Our development team needs time to review the
staff findings and conditions of approval prior to our hearing and presentation to the P&Z
Commissioners.
Thank you for the opportunity to defer the hearing. I will notify the neighbors who attended the
neighborhood meeting, including those neighbors who have contacted me since then.
