Broadway Ave. Ste. 102 Meridian, Idaho 83642 Re: Sawtooth Village CZC Application Resubmittal Ms. Allen, Enclosed please find the revised Site and Landscape Plan, Exterior Elevations and Façade Fenestration plan for Sawtooth Village. The plans have been modified in response to your comments. 1. A bicycle rack detail has been added to the Site Plan. 2. The landscape plan has been changed to show the tree size at maturity. A recent accurate survey has been incorporated showing the existing tree locations. Additional trees have been added at the east to achieve the requested continuous barrier at maturity. 3. I confirmed that the existing north trees comply with the referenced Code section. Additional trees are shown at the south planter. 4. Additional trees were added at the south parking area. A five foot wide sod landscape strip was added to buffer the south drive from the rest of the vacant parcel. The common planter was reduced to 7’ total width. The depth of 20 feet was retained so the parking spaces are the same depth as the required accessible parking space depth. 5. The new survey shows the Linder Street improvements, easements, utilities and other requested features. A legend was added. Additional notes were added defining the easements. The sidewalks and landscaped areas are hatched to indicate the extents. New sidewalk locations on the north and east are defined. The interior walk to Linder was deleted. The trash enclosure was found to be in the recorded easement and was relocated and the drive thru lanes adjusted. 6. The west exterior elevation was changed to show the location of service utilities and access to the mechanical attic. A 48” tall masonry wall was added to screen the a/c Patrick McKeegan Architects is a Veteran Owned Small Business Page 2 units. Additional fenestration elements were added to achieve the minimum 30 percent require by Code. 7. A new elevation sheet was added showing compliance with the fenestration requirements.
