Hi Josh,
we agree with all of the conditions except 1.1.4 about removing the existing shop for the reasons stated in our
application. we believe it exceeds any dimensional setback requirements except that it cant be in front of the
house, but it is set very far back from the new road and is only partially in front of the "front" of the house.
