supplements for Development Review & CZC for the property referenced above. Please accept this letter as
the required written narrative regarding the project.
The subject property is located at 1100 East Chateau Drive and is identified as parcel number R5672680060.
The School District is proposing to rehabilitate and expand their existing parking area and install a new
turnaround. In addition, they are proposing to add pathway connections between the new turnaround and
the existing pathway system.
