Please accept the following narrative description of the above referenced
project.
The project is a remodel of the existing residence located the northeast corner of
the intersection of E. Carlton Avenue and E 2'/2 Streets. The house is to be
converted to a team room, office, and concession facility for Cole Valley
Christian High School. The work includes cosmetic upgrades to the exterior such
as roofing, paint, new windows, addition of an accessible ramp/stairs, and deck
for access to the concession area. The site includes site improvements which
include landscaping, irrigation, and pathways.
The interior improvements include finishes and minor structural upgrades with
electrical and mechanical improvements.
