PLANNING DEPARTMENT 1.1 Site Specific Conditions of Approval 1.1.1 The applicant will enter into a Development Agreement (DA) prior to submittal of the final plat application and pay the required fee. The agreement shall, at minimum, incorporate the following provisions: a. The applicant will comply. b. Understood.
