RE: Joint Powers Agreement for the Coordinated and Cooperative Provision of
Emergency Medical Services in Ada County (EMS JPA) - Notice of Annual Renewal.
Dear Ms. Winn:
At its regular meeting of September 19, 2017, the Meridian City Council made a
motion on the record to renew its participation in the EMS JPA for the 2017-2018
fiscal year.
Pursuant to Section 3.2 of the Agreement, a Party may renew its participation in the
Agreement by providing written notice to all other Parties. I am writing to you in
your capacity as Secretary and requesting that you distribute this notice to all
Parties involved in the Agreement.
