Application Corrected Project DescriptionCITY OF MERIDIAN NOTICE OF HEARING Corrected Project Description NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing at Meridian City Hall, 33 E. Broadway Ave, Meridian, Idaho at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 17, 2017 for the purpose of reviewing and considering the application H-2017-0058 by DMB Development for the Modification to the Development Agreement to accommodate the proposed mixed Use Land Development Plan; Annexation and Zoning of 0.07 of an acre of land with an R-15 (medium high -density residential) (0.01 of an acre) and C-G (general retail and service commercial) (0.06 of an acre) zoning district; Rezone of 46.55 acres of land from the C-G (General Retail and Service Commercial) to the R-15 (Medium High-Density Residential) zoning district; Preliminary Plat for 510 Lots on 119.69 acres of land consisting of 108 mixed use (28 Commercial and 80 Multi- Family residential) building lots and 28 mixed use Common Lots on 73.14 acres of land in the C-G district; and 353 Residential Building Lots consisting of 175 Single-Family Detached, 138 Single-Family Attached and 40 Attached live/work and 21 Residential Common Lots on 46.55 acres of land the R-15 zoning district for Pine 43 generally located south of E. Fairview Avenue, E of N.
