CITY OF MERIDIAN NOTICE OF HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning and Zoning
Commission of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing at
Meridian City Hall, 33 E. Broadway Ave, Meridian, Idaho at 6:00
p.m. on Thursday, September 7, 2017 for the purpose of reviewing
and considering the application H-2017-0107 by John Carpenter for
Preliminary / Final Plat approval consisting of 61 building lots and 4
common lots on 14.27 acres of land in the C-G zoning district and
Conditional Use Permit for a multi-family development consisting of
215 dwelling units in the C-G zoning district for Brickyard
Subdivision generally located 3611 N. Centrepoint Way
